Checked in today at 4pm and tried to call housekeeping for additional pillows but no one seems to pick up the call. Finally called reception and was shocked to find out that you have to pay additional $10.50 per pillow!! Room comes with basic amenities (a small bar of soap, a bottle of conditioner shampoo and bat gel. No kettle in the room and if you want hot water you need to get it from the hallway. The hotel also asked for $100 deposit on top of the tourist tax ($2 for local and $12 for foreigners per room per night) By the way, just found out that there’s no hot water to shower even when you run the water for more than 10 mins. Definitely no hot water from the sink. Would not stay here again.

So many problems. My key seemed to need resetting every time I went up to my room on level 8’which meant a journey back down to reception. Check in is not automated so they are typing for ever and photo copying stuff and just taking for ever. It’s 2023 just buy a damn good res system. Loads of groups staying and this meant kids running up and down the corridor and banging doors the entire time just. Rooms are old and tired. Don’t let the pictures fool you. It needs a damn good renovation. Location is perfect but that’s it. I wouldn’t recommend

I booked a room with 2 big beds to accommodate 4 pax. We came in 2 cars. Parked at hotel's car park for just 1 night. Left early next morning, around 8am. Parking was supposed to be in house but they charged me for second car, and guess what? It was charged by hour at RM10 for first hour and RM8 subsequently. Total became RM126++ Apparently there's no max charge daily as usually practice here so they're free to charge as they please. This is a complete rip off. Even parking at airport does not cost this much for just one night!!! The parking attendance even has the gut to say "oh, that was not too much yet, we had a guest paid RM150++ for the parking" Just, wtf are they thinking? Is this a hotel business or parking business? The parking fee was not stated anywhere and it was not informed clearly!! F this hotel! There's plenty of hotels around that are more worth it

Hotel is at right location as it is near to foods and etc But room is run down and only 1 pillow on each bed? Requested for an extra pillow and they asked for us to pay for that. I dont mind paying if I AM able to bring back the pillow but no? Be considerate because your pillow are flat af. I worked in a hotel and also i stay in few different hotels they gave at least 2 pillow a bed eventho they are only 2 / 3 stars and this is the first time i was asked to pay because of an extra pillow. Very Loud! Light sleepers beware.

I was in room 1111 on Nov 5, 2022 and neighbors in 1110 were very loud, close to midnight. I complained to the reception a few times. I can understand Cantonese and I heard these neighbors say “We are being very loud”. So the front desk did inform them. If you’re looking for a good night sleep, stay elsewhere please. But if you’re interested in the night life, you’re in the center of the city. The room was fine and spacious. The service was fine too. Walls very thin and neighbors were inconsiderate. When I asked them to keep the noise down at midnight, they said “What? It is a Saturday night and we are enjoying ourselves. What can we do?”. Very thin walls.
